CookieYes is a clean, popular, Google-certified consent platform. Here’s where we differ — stated as facts — so you can decide for your own sites.
CookieYes is a Google-certified CMP with a huge install base, a mature WordPress plugin, broad platform coverage (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace), and a deep library of 175+ banner languages on its paid tiers. As a turnkey single-site CMP, it’s well-built — and we’ll say so.

CookieYes has broader, more mature platform plugins, a bigger scanner (up to 8,000 pages per scan), and IAB TCF 2.3 on its higher tiers — we have no plugin listed yet, a smaller scanner, and no TCF. If you need a battle-tested WordPress plugin or TCF today, that’s a fair reason to choose them. We win by giving you geo-aware banners and every language without paying to unlock them, and a terms generator they don’t offer.
A real free tier — geo-aware banner, documents in 36 languages, no per-domain bill. Bring your sites and see the difference.
It is if you run several sites or want regional rules without upgrading. CookieYes bills per domain and caps pageviews on each plan; MostlyPrivacy plans cover 3, 10 or unlimited sites with no pageview metering. CookieYes has platform plugins and a larger scanner; we install with one script tag.
Yes. Opt-in rules in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland and opt-out rules in California apply on every plan, including Free. On CookieYes, geo-targeting was part of the $25-per-domain Pro plan in our June 2026 review.
MostlyPrivacy’s paid plans are not metered by pageviews. CookieYes Basic included 100,000 pageviews a month per domain and Pro 300,000, with $0.30 per extra 1,000 pageviews on both.
CookieYes offers cookie and privacy policy generators. MostlyPrivacy adds terms of service and eight other documents, all generated from the same questionnaire.
On CookieYes, ten domains on Basic came to $100 a month, or $250 on Pro, in our June 2026 review. On MostlyPrivacy, ten sites fit in Pro at $35 a month, or $28 billed annually.
