The localization difference

One document, every market.

Answer once, publish in up to 10 of 36 languages per document — not as a paid add-on, but built in. Every language version comes from the same answers.

  • One set of answers. Every language version of a document is generated from the same questionnaire, so they say the same thing.
  • Layouts that hold. Longer German and French strings never break the design.
  • Geo-aware by default. Surface the clauses each region's law requires — GDPR, CCPA and more.

Privacy essentials, without the overhead.

Free cookie banner

MostlyCookie — a multilingual consent banner built around GDPR and ePrivacy consent rules, ready to ship today. Reject is as easy as Accept.

Localized documents

Privacy policy, cookie policy and terms, generated from one questionnaire in up to 10 of 36 languages per document.

Google Consent Mode v2

Consent Mode v2 is built into the banner — no toggle, no tag-manager surgery. The box every buyer checks.

Geo-targeting rules

Serve the right notice by region automatically — GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California, nothing where it isn't needed.

Hosted, regenerable docs

Publish to a hosted URL. We keep the templates current with statute changes; regenerate to pick up an update. Export to HTML, PDF or DOCX.

Consent logs

Every choice is logged with its categories, region and language — the audit trail you'll want if a regulator ever asks. CSV export on Pro and Agency.

Flat price. Every site. 36 languages.

The incumbents charge per domain and lock languages behind upgrades. We don't.

FAQ

Questions, answered

In which languages can I publish my documents?

Every language version is generated from one set of answers, in up to ten of 36 languages per document. Translations are machine-generated, so have a fluent reader check them. The banner's built-in text also comes in 36 languages, shown in each visitor's language.

How is the pricing different from other cookie-consent tools?

Many tools charge per domain and meter pageviews. MostlyPrivacy plans cover a number of sites — 3 on Starter ($15/mo), 10 on Pro ($35/mo), unlimited on Agency ($129/mo) — with no pageview metering on paid plans.

What does the free plan include?

One site, the geo-aware consent banner with Google Consent Mode v2 and Global Privacy Control support, one generated document with a hosted URL and PDF, and cookie scans of up to 3 pages. The banner shows a small badge.

Does the banner support Google Consent Mode v2?

Yes. It sends a denied default before other scripts load and updates analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization when the visitor chooses.

How does the banner handle different countries' rules?

It reads the visitor's country on our server and applies opt-in rules in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, opt-out rules in California, and opt-in by default elsewhere. A Global Privacy Control signal denies advertising categories automatically.

Which documents can I generate?

Privacy policy, cookie policy, terms of service, refund, shipping, acceptable use and disclaimer documents, an EULA, an affiliate disclosure, an imprint and an accessibility statement — for the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, US state laws, LGPD, PIPEDA, Australia and Switzerland.

Do I need a lawyer to use the generated documents?

You can generate and publish them without one, but we recommend a review. The documents are statute-cited templates built from your answers; they are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer. A review matters most for high-risk or unusual data processing.

How do I publish or export a document?

Each language is published at a hosted URL with a PDF copy, and you can export DOCX. Published documents are snapshots — regenerate when something changes.

Is MostlyPrivacy suitable for agencies?

Yes. The Agency plan covers unlimited sites for one flat price and removes the MostlyPrivacy badge from your clients' banners, and you can invite teammates as editors or viewers.

Can my visitors send data access or deletion requests?

Yes. Every site gets a hosted request form for access, deletion, correction, opt-out and portability requests, with email verification and a queue that tracks statutory deadlines — one month under the GDPR, 45 days under the CCPA.
