Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Mostly Tiny LTD ("we", "us") and govern your access to and use of mostlyqr.com and any services we provide through it. By accessing or using mostlyqr.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Effective date: 2026-06-27.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to use mostlyqr.com. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Your account

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hi@mostlyqr.com of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use mostlyqr.com only lawfully, and not to: break the law or infringe others’ rights; upload malware or harmful code; attempt unauthorised access; disrupt or overload the service; scrape or misuse it; or use it to send spam or harass others.

5. Your content

If the service lets you submit content, you keep your rights in it but grant Mostly Tiny LTD a licence to host, store and display it as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for content you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it.

6. Our intellectual property

Except for your content, all material on mostlyqr.com — including text, design, logos and software — is owned by Mostly Tiny LTD or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

7. Fees and payment

Where the service is paid, the fees, billing cycle and renewal terms are those shown at purchase, and taxes may apply. Any refund rights are set out in our Refund Policy or required by the consumer law that applies to you.

8. Changes to our fees

We may change our fees from time to time. The price of a one-off purchase is the price shown at checkout when you buy, and a later change to our fees will not affect a purchase you have already completed.

For subscriptions and other recurring charges, we will give you reasonable advance notice of any change to your recurring fee before it takes effect. The new fee applies only from your next billing period or renewal; if you do not agree to it, you may cancel before it takes effect. A price change will never alter a billing period you have already paid for.

9. Third-party services

mostlyqr.com may link to or integrate third-party services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or where necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Your statutory rights as a consumer

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you. An unfair term is not binding on you; the rest of these Terms continues to apply.

If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights that cannot be excluded or restricted — including that goods are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (ss. 9–11), that services are carried out with reasonable care and skill (s. 49), and equivalent rights for digital content (ss. 34–36); a term is not binding on you to the extent it tries to exclude or restrict these (ss. 31, 57). If you are a consumer in the EU, the Unfair Contract Terms Directive (93/13/EEC) means any term we have not individually negotiated that, contrary to good faith, causes a significant imbalance to your detriment is not binding on you (Arts. 3, 6).

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, mostlyqr.com is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee or right that cannot be excluded by law — including, for consumers, the statutory rights described above (for example, under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, that goods are of satisfactory quality and services are performed with reasonable care and skill).

13. Limitation of liability

Subject to your statutory consumer rights above and to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, Mostly Tiny LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of mostlyqr.com; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Mostly Tiny LTD is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts there, subject to any non-waivable right you have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them, except where the law requires your express consent.
